About Me
For as long as I can remember I've always loved making and creating and keeping my hands busy. From designing and crocheting my own outfit for my sisters wedding over 40 years ago, to making my children's clothes and toys over 30 years ago, to finally studying textile design professionally over 20 years ago.
I'm heavily influenced by the city of Liverpool which I love and grew up in. Nothing makes me happier than to collage, dye and embroider with recycled pieces of fabrics to create quirky Liverpool landscapes and scenes. I love playing around with composition, perspective and layering and never quite know where my sewing machine will take me.
Each piece is as unique as the city of Liverpool itself and I hope puts a smile on your face.
